HOW DOES AUTO DIRECT GLOBAL, LLC. DELIVERY WORK?
Step #1
Buyer browses our extensive website of hundreds of vehicles to find the vehicle of their choice. Or submits a request for the exact vehicle they desire.
Step #2
Once buyer vehicle choice is made, buyer will fill out and submit our request form for that particular vehicle. An Auto Direct Global representative will contact them within 24 hours of submitting the form.
Step #3
After buyer has been contacted by a representative, and all proper contact information along with shipping and delivery information is obtained from buyer. The process of locating the requested vehicle will begin.
Step #4
Once the requested vehicle or vehicles are located, buyer will then be given instructions on where to remit and/or deposit the specified amount for purchase and delivery.
Step #5
Once funds are verified in the specified account, buyer will be informed and vehicle will be delivered or shipped to buyer.

HOW DOES AUTO DIRECT GLOBAL DELIVERY WORK FOR INTERNATIONALLY SHIPPED VEHICLES?

Once the vehicle or vehicles are shipped, all documents and arrival dates will be given to buyer.
Step #7
Once the vehicle or vehicles arrive at the destination port, an Auto Direct Global representative will contact buyer and informed buyer of the necessary steps to be taken or balance due (if necessary) to be remitted to Auto Direct Global before receipt of the vehicle or vehicles.
Step #8
Once balance due has been collected & verified, buyer will be given the keys and/or any necessary documents for the vehicle or vehicles.
